Once your order has been confirmed and accepted by us, our dispatch team will process it as quickly as possible so it is ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following 1-2 business day. Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during holidays or sales, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.
Once your order has been shipped by our dispatch team, the delivery timeframe will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, the shipping carrier used and your location from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Please note that delivery timeframes are in addition to processing times.
Ground Shipping - Please allow up to 3-8 business days after processing to receive your order.
Express Shipping - Please allow up to 3-5 business days after processing to receive your order.

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected regions and countries.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address on your order and your order has not been shipped, please contact our customer care team at aloha@mallowthelabel.com as soon as possible. Please note that once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear on the tracking page after the notification.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return your items for a refund.All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We accept returns on any unworn items with the original packaging and tags attached. We will not accept any items that look worn or damaged.
You can choose to use the shipping company of your choice to ship the goods back to us, or request a pre-paid return shipping label from us.
If pre-paid label is requested, we will deduct $7 from your refund amount on a single item return and $10 on multiple items returned. If you choose to use our return label, please contact us at returns@mallowthelabel.com with your order number, which item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you are returning. You will receive an email with return label.
HOW TO SEND ITEM(S) BACK:
1. Add all unwanted items to shipping mailer.
2. Include invoice in your package. If you need us to provide you a new invoice, please contact us at returns@mallowthelabel.com.
3. Place shipping label on your package.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages that get lost in transit.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and refund order once received. It may take 5-7 business days for refunded funds to appear in your bank account. This is out of our control.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and treat the original item as a return.
